MF (Mighty Forwarder) is a Windows 2000/XP/Vista/Windows Server 2003 application that manages shippers and agents details, tasks, survey details and results, quotations, job costing, resource planning, packing inventories, bingo sheets, consolidation, warehouse, storage, documentation, invoicing, forwarding info. It produces scheduling and sales reports, as well as marketing statistics, reciprocity and tonnage reports. MF is integrated with all mobile Voxme applications (Estimator, Inventory, Checker), Microsoft Outlook and provides data exchange link with TRAXX! By TMI, MoveManager by MoveAssist International, Safari by MP Systemes. It offers XML based interface for easy integration with other standard and in-house move management and CRM systems. This high level of integration helps companies organize an efficient flow of move related information between mobile sales force, sales and move coordinators, dispatchers, packing crews, drivers, company branches and overseas agents.

MF uses company-defined dictionaries and templates to automatically generate survey summaries, quotations, packing job orders, packing inventories, bingo sheets, waybills, house bill of lading, pre-alerts and delivery instructions in any language in MS Word format.
