Voxme Software Inc. and MoveAssist International have rolled out the second phase of the integration link between their products. The goal of this phase was to fully automate the process of uploading survey details and summaries from Voxme survey solutions to MoveManager and integrate MoveManager with Voxme packing inventory and labeling solutions. This substantial scope extension was initiated by the companies that use MoveAssist and Voxme products, and have sought to add efficiency to survey and packing inventory data flows. The obvious way to achieve this goal was to automate as many data and document transfer tasks as possible.

On the survey side the new version of the link allows for the dispatching of survey requests with all relevant info (client info, origin and destination details, dates and notes) from MoveManager to Voxme survey solutions and then automatically importing all survey details (total volume, weight, materials, crates, access notes) and survey summary documents back from Voxme to MoveManager. MoveManager will now automatically create a separate job for each shipment identified during the survey.

On the operations side, the new version of the link help dispatch job requests from MoveManager to Voxme operations module, print shipment specific labels, load job details onto the crew’s inventory units, and upload all inventory and loading details along with the packing list back onto MoveManager. Apart from the obvious efficiency related benefits, this level of integration means that MoveManager can easily produce electronic shipment files in the standard industry format developed by IAM.

Says Max Kreynin of Voxme Software: "With electronic data collection quickly becoming common practice, the focus is gradually shifting to integration between survey, inventory and scanning modules and move management systems. The reason very simple and cynical – unless the data flow is automated, nobody has the resources or patience for manual data re-entry ".

Voxme rolls out web tracking solution

Voxme Software Inc. announces general release of Web MF — comprehensive, real-time web tracking solution that works on top of MightyForwarder (Voxme move management system) and allows shippers and agents to track shipments, view inventory details, download and upload documents on-line 24/7/365. Web MF is designed to be customized to deliver company specific look-and-feel and provide flexible access rules. The application is installed on a company's server to avoid any additional hardware costs and deliver true real-time response. Web MF can run as a stand-alone web site or be integrated into company's web site via XML link.

United Van Lines (Canada) system integrates with Voxme

Untied Van Lines (Canada) has enabled data export from its move management software ("MSP") to Voxme. This development has allowed the users of both systems to transfer shipper and survey details captured via United Van Lines survey handhelds and move management software to Voxme system where this information can be adjusted and used for the needs of an international move (labeling, packing inventory recording and printing, generation of standard forwarding documents). Voxme completes integration with Canada's national statistical agency

Voxme Software Inc. has completed intergation of its office application MightyForwarder with CAED Software. CAED is an office application application used by all Canadian exporters to submit electronic export declaration (Form B13A). This integration allows Voxme users to fill out the form based on the information captured in the system with one button click. This development was initiated by the growing number of Canadian removals companies that use Voxme solutions. Says Leonard Hoyt of Hoyt's International: "Your product has allowed us to simplify many of the repetitive Data Entry Tasks required to manage the progress of a move from start to finish. The addition of the CAED Integration has further increased the productivity of Mighty Forwarder".

Voxme and MoveAssist integrate

Voxme Software Inc. has completed integration with MoveManager. The link allows companies to establish an efficient process of dispatching survey requests from MoveManager to smartphones, completing pre-move survey using Voxme Estimator and then returninig survey results back to MoveManager.
