Practical SalesForce - Voxme Inventory integration

Remember the days of trying to make children play together nicely? Now we get to apply the same skills to Claude and moving CRMs    

I’m sure you eventually managed to show to children that the best way to receive is to give. We came to the same conclusion integrating Sales Force with the Inventory portal using Claude. The CRM and Claude choice were made by a client who has zero servers on premise or in the cloud. The integration flow got sorted quickly … up until Claude stated its policy of never remembering any passwords, which means that it can’t log into our Inventory portal automatically. The skill needs to get an input from a human being to perform its tasks. In simple terms it needs the right amount of attention.    

Funny enough, our first mutual reaction was very ITish - get a server and make it run an automated script. It means saving on Claude tokens and spending on a server. The painful thought of an extra infrastructure has led to the right solution - make a dispatcher run the skill when all the jobs are lined up and enter the password.    

Just like with the kids in a sandpit - no amount of toys replaces a gentle touch of a warm palm to them play nicely.
