Voxme made software more affordable for all movers
The idea was to call this writeup “A pathway to the stars”. At best what’s left of grandiose symphonies and operas is a ringtone, if luck would have it, that is.
In this spirit, after 20 years of composing and performing symphonies in the form of full-blown systems for large companies, we’ve decided to make our most popular services affordable to the public at large, such as:
These services were first introduced two years ago to the FIDI members in Bangkok. Since then, hundreds of companies have purchased products from this line. Below are the typical profiles of those where these products fit well:
Virtual Video Survey ($300 annual subscription, $3 per survey in 30-minute increments). To our surprise, despite the plethora of available video calling options, our users appreciate the simplicity, quality, and structured service that integrates well with various estimating techniques, from Excel to CRMs like Moveware.
Digital Inventory App ($300 annual subscription, $3 per job). Cloud technology helped overcome a major hurdle: the need to license each device. Now, a download link can be sent for a specific job, and the signed inventory list PDF can be retrieved, eliminating guesswork regarding licensing needs.
Users represent a full spectrum of household moves — domestic, international, long-distance, military.
Printing of Barcoded Job-Specific Labels ($300 per year, $3 per job). A Zebra printer starter kit with six label rolls costs about $1,000. Experience shows that job-specific labels are the most efficient way to prevent shipment mixups and losses. With 100 labels costing just $1 and a Zebra printer lasting up to 10 years, this solution proves highly cost-effective.
Estimator App (basic package $800). The Estimator app has been refined over 23 years and is widely used across large and small moving companies. It is also used alongside larger moving platforms and CRMs where native estimating features fall short. Increasingly, Estimator reports are leveraged to process video surveys, whether done via our Virtual Video Survey or AI-based tools like Yembo.
Times change. Today, few would buy a La Scala ticket just to hear a single tune. It’s doubtful they'd even purchase a Deep Purple vinyl or a 50 Cent CD — they'd just YouTube it. Our approach is comparable to paid streaming services like Spotify or Apple Music, where a modest subscription fee grants access to quality content, ad-free.
We see this approach resonating with more and more users, and that is truly inspiring.
