Using AI to integrate Voxme Inventory with modern browser based CRMs like SmartMoving, SuperMove, Hubspot, Zoho, MovingPro, Movegistics, EDC MoveStar, RedSky has 3 major advantages over traditional API based integration approach (assuming that the vendors are willing and capable of setting up such integrations):
- no vendor involvement for any extra development
- Speed of rollout
- Company specific data flow
AI engines like Claude or Perplexity allow us to set up data exchange workflows between an individual company’s CRM and our inventory platform according to company’s processes. Simply speaking, if company A dispatches inventory and bingo jobs to their pickup and delivery crews in the evening, an AI task can do just that and then bring the inventories and the bingo sheets back the following evening. Company B would rather dispatch an inventory job to a driver when the job’s assigned to it; their AI integration task will do that.
And once the inventories and bingo sheets are completed, an appropriate AI flow can be set up to download the pdfs from Voxme Inventory and upload it to the right section of your CRM.
